1. Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy:
Runners Edge will gladly return or exchange products purchased in-store or online on our website, provided that the following conditions are met:
1. The return or exchange is logged within 7 days from the date of purchase
2. The original receipt of purchase is provided
3. The product is in its original, undamaged packaging
4. The product is in its original selling condition and has not been used, worn, altered or washed. Should the return or exchange be approved, Runners Edge will return and refund the purchased price or exchange the product at the same value as the purchased price.
5. The client is responsible for the cost involved in returning any items or alternatively the return/exchange can be done at our local store in Stellenbosch.
2. Warranty and Guarantee Policy
All our products are covered by a 6-month warranty from manufacturing defects, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Returns or exchanges on faulty or defective goods (premature wearing due to product fault) will be accepted up to 6 months according to the after purchase provided that the goods have been used for their intended purpose and they have been cared for according to any instructions that accompanied the goods.
3. Exclusions:
Runners Edge will not approve a return, exchange or refund any product under the following conditions:
1. Sale products
2. Gift vouchers
3. Socks, face masks, running buffs and any other hygiene related products.
