Welcome to the Runners Edge Delivery Policy:
1. General Information:
All orders from Runners Edge Online are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Orders placed on a Friday (or public holidays) will be delivered on the following Monday.
Main Centre Delivery = 1 to 2 working days.
Outlying areas delivery = 3 to 5 working days.
Please take note that Runners Edge can only deliver products to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa, where someone is available to sign for and receive the shoes during working hours. We do not send products to P.O Boxes.
Take note that your personal order/tracking number will be sent to you via email, which you can be used to track the status of your order.
All orders are couriered with The Courier Guy. Should you wish to track your order, please do so by going to the The Courier Guy website www.thecourierguy.co.za and clicking and entering the waybill number you received via email and click “Track”.
2. Delivery Location:
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in South Africa.
3. Delivery Time:
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order 2-5 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

5. Shipping Costs:
Good news! Runners Edge offers free delivery when you spend more than R1000.
